This leadership framework assesses each leader against the 85,000 other leaders who have taken the assessment and highlights their strengths and opportunities. The assessment allows leaders to gain insights about where their leadership is moving them forward and where they might be hindering their own and their organization’s success.
Post assessment, we agree where we will focus our time and what outcomes we are looking to achieve. We meet monthly over a 6-month period and we are jointly accountable to achieving our goals.
